I took some pics of my 5D, getting ready to put it up for sale. I decided to post these images and a simple description about the setup, in case someone else wants to shoot their gear not lying on the kitchen table.
As you can see in the last shot, a pull-back shot, I used the black side of a reflector leaned against the wall. One speedlight with blue gel aimed at the background. The key light was another speedlight shot through a small softbox close to the camera. Camera mounted directly on a light stand. I could have used a smooth background, but I wanted some kind of pattern to it, so the wrinkles were fine for this. YMMV
All I then had to do was clone out the light stand. Done...

Yeah, I'm shufflin' the deck. Just sold one camera, and I might sell three more ... That would still leave me with one
I always seem emotionally attached to my camera's
I'll admit it ~ it's tough to let them go!
