I've long wanted to visit there. I don't think I've ever seen it by night.... usually midday from a hot air balloon!

Cappadocia is an incredible place. It's inhabitants carved houses and churches on the rock. Here are a few additional pics
The carvings on the rock are pigeon houses...
This is one of the best preserved churches, with incredible frescoes.
And finally "the castle" as it is called
