I recently upgraded to the Pro account on smug mug and wanted to see if I can limit how many pictures are sold on different prints?

Not that I know of. Most people want to sell more, not limit their sales. I guess I don't really understand what you're trying to accomplish. You could explore what is possible with coupons or packages.
