#2 is cool but I would center the two figures and make it square since they are so contrasty, almost foil-esque, yin and yang.

Nice shots! I recognize many of those places (the narrow, brick-lined corridor, the open-air market/mall) from a trip we took there last summer. Takes me back... thumb.gif

    Not soon enough...
Wow, that is a nice one, with City Hall framed that way. Nice work.

I wish I had a reason to head down there sooner, but I don't anymore. I was down there a ton in 2009-2010 (maybe 5 times over that period, which is "a ton" for me), but since then, my friends have moved away. :cry

I'm always looking for a good reason to go shooting though, so...if I'm down there again, maybe I can let you know ahead of time? My E-PL1 would be less lonely if it got to go out shooting with another m4/3 rig. :D

The more the merrier. Anytime you're in town, send me an email and we'll get together.

Great shots. I've lived in LA my whole life and have yet to go anywhere in the city to shoot. Really need to go do some street shooting in downtown and surrounding areas.

Thanks. The problem with LA is that the city, by design, is all spread out ... so you have to really seek out the people because they're not all jammed together ... ala New York. Hollyweird is a good place to start.
