No reply from Smumug support

I am a new Pro account member and have written to SmuMug help since this morning with regards to filling up the W9 form. general W-9 help! (ticket #231605)

I failed to get a reply a few hours later and decided to send another mail to get a reply. However, till now, I failed to get any reply after more then 12 hours. Your site shows that reply will usually comes within few hours and I thought what was asked should be common for Non US Photographer but cannot be found in FAQ. This is very disappointing. While on trial basis, I did not experience such help problem. If I would have knew the support is so lagging, I would have not sign up this account at all.

    Hello, I'm sorry you are disappointed :( You wrote us during the few hours that the Countess of Cash is sleeping. We appreciate your patience, have the ticket and will be handling. We do answer most all requests within just an hour or two.
