Order Help!

Hello all!

I have a customer who recently placed a large order and paid no attention to the cropping of the photos. She ordered almost all 8x10s and emailed me to 'make them fit'

I have gotten her to realize that not all photos can fit an 8x10 and she may need a few 11x14s.

I have her order in proof delay currently and need to know how to help her edit her order for the size of some of the prints she has ordered.

Any help?????
