Site Problems - Can't Login

It's still 2.5 hours before scheduled maintenance and my site just became unavailable while trying to upload to a new gallery. Any chance maintenance started early?

    I too was just now wondering the same thing. thanks for posting, let's me know I'm not the only one.

    Yeah, I"m seeing some funky stuff too.. homepage slideshow is taking forever, on another PC my domain went to the smugmug homepage.. They're definitely doing something.

    I REALLY hope this is just a temporary glitch in the system.
    First all my gallery views changed, so I came back thinking it was probably just temporary, then the whole theme changed to a totally different one. I reloaded the browser and noticed some of my galleries said they were EMPTY. Now it just directs me to the smugmug front page.

    I remained calm until I seen empty galleries that previously had hundreds of photos in. :eek1

    Looks to be back for now and my upload is running again. Was unable to login to my site for about 20 minutes and never saw any status update.

    Well, still not stable. Several files are failing on the upload saying album doesn't exist. Sure was hoping to get this done before the scheduled maintenance tonight.

    Same thing happening to me. I logged on and it went to Smugmug's site. For awhile I couldn't even log on. My slideshow was definitely not loading. Hopefully, this gets up and running soon!

    Absolutely, same here. I guess the heroes are anxious to get going on their maintenance tonight. That's all I can assume with no explanations, status updates, etc. Not nice though......rolleyes1.gif

    At http://status.smugmug.com/services/entire-site they put up a notice saying that they're in Read-Only for the moment, due to a problem.

    Read only is fine IF THEY WERE TELLING THE TRUTH. But I can't log in to even READ my pictures. I am so sick of SMUGMUG always going down when I need to see my photos. This is BS. I have not ever seen a site that required so much down time. I pay a lot of money for the PRO account and have been with Smugmug for five years only to get lies and BS.

    We're very sorry for the problems right now :( We are still in Read-Only mode. Ops is working as quickly as they can to resolve the issue. Keep an eye on our status here:
