Howdy! I primarily hang out over in Landscape. I occasionally photograph wildlife (when it comes within reach of my longest lens). Here are a couple of shots of a lovely little red fox I found while roaming around Lamar Valley last week during the severe cold.

1. Listening to what might be under the snow.

2. Same fox, a bit later.

C&C appreciated.

Very fun. I've never had he pleasure of finding a fox while out.

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"

Looking very cold there, and I commend you for braving the weather. Glad this day was worth the freeze! Nice get. I have yet to see a fox. There used to be foxes around here but no more. I'll have to go north.

    Brrrrrrrrr, it looks cold!
    Lovely images! thumb.gif
Were you able to brave the cold long enough to learn if the fox managed to catch anything?

Thanks all. It was about 5 degrees when I was out there. I watched the fox until it got out of range of my lens and my hands were starting to get cold :D
