As some of you know I met up with fellow Dgrinner and great photog Pathfinder.
You have seen some of his beatuiful photos of Cincy that he took and thought I would post some of mine.
Like Jim mentioned we started out with some shooting at dusk.
It was very cloudy but the sun did break thru to give us some sweet light.
Jim moves pretty fast one minute he was shooting the bridge in front of me and the next he was up on the bridge
Here's one of Pathfinder sizing up the old bridge
And another one of him working on the bridge
Here's the restaurant Mike Fink where we had a very nice dinner sorry Andy no photos:D but it was good :eat
Here's some of my captures I shot that evening
Purple People Bridge
River Queen took this just before you arrived Jim
We had a great time and hope we can do it again :thumb
Thanks
Fred

Thanks for posting. It's always nice to see the results when two dgrinners get together for a photo shoot. It's always amazing how they each get different shots.
Is this Cincinnati? I'm not familiar with the area. That looks like a real neat restaurant to eat at also!

but they made me give it back.
It does always amaze me on how two people see the same thing differently
Pretty cool really...it would sure be a boring place if we all see the same way
Anyway can't wait to meet the next Dgrinner
Thanks

You really brought out the purple color of the Purple People Bridge - my shot was a drab grey or something, compared to yours. SO I'm not posting mine.
I do have a shot of the downtown from the earlier shooting and one of the bridge that you shot me shooting :uhoh
This is USAir's shot of me .....
This is shot from the side of the bridge that you caught me in the above frame I think
My one regret is that I didn't stop to think and shoot several panoramas - the area just cries out for a good pano. I'll have to remember that for next time I guess. We need to get a good shot of bar-be-que for Andy also

Here's something I have been working on ...Idea from Rutt's post
I am just starting on this so it's very crude... but it seems like a cool idea :
Small composite
Hope to see some more of your's from Cincy
Thanks
