My second BIF attempts

I just acquired a 1D MkIII, so off to the park we went to test it out.

    That's some fast focusing for sure!

    Plus (I bet) quite a bit of skill behind the camera as well!

    Nice action..gulls are good practice for BIFs. The pigeon is nice as well as you caught it on the upward part of the flap.

    Only the second attempt? Wow, I wish I was that quick a learner!

    You have some lovely captures here. The standout for me is the second image, followed very closely by 5 and 6. There is something very graceful about that pigeon, and I love the weay you've caught the irridescence on the upper chest feathers.
