It's not only having the bodies, but being able to actually place them.

In High School.. GOOD LUCK. The refs for basketball and football around here are nucking futs. Photographer placed a camera on the goal post upright (out of bounds in football) and the ref made him remove it. Not for player safety, but for fear it would hinder game play. Local tournament we had one of the newspaper guys put a camera on the backboard, behind the glass. The ONLY reason he was able to do it, his paper was the tournaments sponsor/coordinator. Other than that, they would NOT let us do that around here.

What he said ^^^^^^^^ even down here in Florida. Local cable company on the field with a camera and the official tells me to get behind the line. I said when he moves I will.. Basketball seem to be even worse OMG don't get me started.
