    Thanks all. The wings are painted in with a photo shop brush and a layer mask, the sky is painted in too. The contrast enhancement is a little thing I do with diffuse glow/gaussian blur layer. The model was bribed with chocolate and elmo. The light is an open window. I may redo it because I think I can do better on the wings, but generally I was happy with it, and my wife (who I made it for as a Valentine's gift) liked it.

    Could I suggest you work the same kind of magic to have her lounging on a bank of clouds instead of the table?
