Snow Bunting

I ran into this snow bunting last weekend on the beach. (Took a lesson from Harry, I think)

    That's quite a "trip" with the DOF on that first one. Diggin' it. Like the pano of the last one as well. nice job Glenn.

    the last one is pretty darn terrific. I like it when people show birds I've never seen before...out of the ordinary little guy for me.

    Glenn, Good pictures. Great compositions! Only a pity that a small twig is in front of the bird at photo 2. But that is minor.

    What lens did you used?

    Very interesting set of images. The standout favourite for me is the third picture. Love the pano crop, and the background is just lovely. thumb.gif

    IMO number two is the pick of these images. Fading away in all drections from the subject. Very cool, Glenn.thumb.gif

    Thanks djkraan! I used a 500IS F\4 with a 1.4TC.

    Not much I could do about the twig.

    Beautiful set! They're all great but I love the DOF in the first and his perch in the second. Nice job with the shots!

    Glenn, these are all just great! I like #3, but one indication of how terrific they are is that the favorites are evenly spread out among your many fans, it seems! Best, Pam
