More Ski Racing on Mt Hood

The Oregon 4-way is a great event. The kids get to compete in XC, Jump, Giant Slalom, and Slalom for the title of Ski Meister.

Here are a couple of shots from the weekend:

#1 This 11-year posted the longest jump of the day at 70-feet


#2 This guy was also shooting the jump. I'm a Nikon guy but that lens is pretty impressive.

#3 rocks! Look at the great angles you captured and compare that to the static, straight on verticals of the others.

Yup - totally agree. I moved for the 2nd run and found the spot that gave me that angle and BG. Made for a fun day of shooting.

Yeah, #3 is quite the money shot. Way to go. Very nice.
