I'm considering purchasing a smugmug site but am completely lost on who does what and why:dunno First thing - Can I create a site that doesn't show the .smugmug in the web address? If so, how? Once that's handled I'll be back with more questions:D

Yes, as long as you sign up for either a power- or pro-level account.
