Arrange Photos not working?

When I select Tools/Many Photos/Arrange/Arrange Photos (or Arrange By Number), I get the usual page to arrange photos, but clicking save returns the following error:

Sorry, that gallery doesn't seem to exist


The changes are indeed saved, but it's not redirecting me back to the gallery correctly. I get only a partial gallery URL, such as: http://www.steamphotos.com/gallery/3405967_

This appears to be impacting all galleries, whether I access it via my custom domain name or smugmug subdomain, and regardless of browser.

    I am having the same issues today as well. Worked fine yesterday.

    I did write the support heroes. They agree there is a problem and are working on fixing it.
    It still is not fixed as of this time.

    I had the same problem yesterday. I kept using the back button to go back to the arrange screen and would re-move the one photo again to its right place, and save again, and again get "That gallery not found." This led me to think the photo wasn't moving, but after multiple tries, I discovered that the photo I wanted to move, had moved. In other words, the screen "That gallery not found" didn't mean the move wasn't successful.

    Yes, in most cases the arranging is saved fine and you're just not redirected properly back to the gallery. Sorry for any hassle and I hope we'll have this issue corrected soon.

    I'm having the problem too, same with one of my family members.

    I'll report to the heroes, just subscribing here in case there's any info to share.

    Still not repaired, making arranging photos a real hassle.

    Working on it - in the meantime please use one of the other arrange tools, sorry!

    Still doing this for me, I am afraid. The arrange does work but still returns a 'that gallery doesn't seem to exist'.
