Be Social

When I click on 'Be Social' (with Firefox or IE, no difference) I see this window open up:



But when I click on any of the buttons (see the red arrows) nothing happens? I can close the window but that is it.

What have I not got turned on that is supposed to be turned on? Thanks.

Hmm, it's working in IE now. I'll try Firefox when I get home.

Not working here! I use Windows Vista and I'm on IE7.
