Slideshow for smartphones?

My apologies if this is answered elsewhere. I am trying to see if there is a way to host a gallery that is easily viewed from a smart phone. I don't want it to be an app that is downloaded. I want people to be able to visit a site on their phone, and be able to tab through photos like on Facebook.

I'm not sure what you're asking for. Normal smugmug galleries work on modern smartphones and they also have a special mobile view of your site that you can switch to if you want. The Smugmug slideshow itself usually doesn't work on smartphones (because it requires Adobe Flash), but normal gallery display does.
