Hawk ID?

Red tailed Hawks are very common in my area (eastern shore maryland) but after looking at this image and compairing to other hawks I have captured I don't think it is a red tailed. The bird was large but not huge. The yellow on the beak is not present on a redtailed? I am not a birder so please forgive my lack of knowledge, looking at photographs on the internet has not been helpful so far. Thanks in advance for any help. I might also ask if any members could direct me to a particulary good website to help me ID my feathered friends.

I believe that is an immature red-shouldered hawk.
