Help. I'm getting *spammed* from my smugmug site

This is new to me...I've gotten a few of these the past two days. Comments being e-mailed to me that are spam/ads
How can these be prevented??TX NOte. I left the spam comments on there to illustrate.

Hoffmcs is right. The spammers have either hired a bunch of folks to enter those by hand, or they've figured out a way to slip past the captcha requirements. (I sure hope that's not the case!)
What you can do is delete those comments, or you can set your comments up for approval, so that they don't appear, unless you okay them. Be sure you check out the help link he provided.
At this point in time, the only other thing you can do is report them to their domain registrar as a spammer.
We do apologize, and try hard to protect you from that type of thing, but they persistent!

I don't know if it's related, but I noticed a strange visit in my google analytics results last week. The visitor is from Beijing and he reached my site using the keywords:
inurl:"photos" intext:"to foil spammers, enter this code" intext:"d"
and
inurl:"photos" intext:"to foil spammers, enter this code" intext:"e"
When I search these on google, I only find Smugmug websites. I started receiving spam after that.
