Hawk ID Help

This Hawk is very common around my neighborhood and this one posed for me this morning. Can someone help me ID the type of Hawk? Thanks.

You are welcome, Brad. I had three fledges up the street from me, and for the life of me I could not find the nest. I do see the parent near me though for the last 3 years. She's been eyeing my cat since it was a kitten. They are better looking when they are juvies!

I understand that one. Our cat stays inside due to our neighbors.
