Kept a couple of these from last summer and took some photos whilst it was raining yesterday morning. Taken using a 500W security halogen light source, colour corrected to 3200.C and focus stacked with zerene stacker.

They look a little cuter from a distance. haha. Great photos. It looks like he has a crack in his eye.

Most excellent shots. Sometimes I have trouble with stereograms but this one was easy and I liked it very much. It appears that you are in a pink mood today, or is it salmon, I'm not sure.

Linda, in TX you'd probably say that this critter shed it's skin. This is the dragonfly's old 'skin'.

Yes the eye does have a crack in it

Senorjax - this 3-D does seem to work well and that does make it easier to view.
You seem to be correct re the pink - I just have a pad of coloured A4 papers I sometimes use as backgrounds for setup shots like this.

Thanks Phil - from next doors small pond - it's much more a nature pond than my Koi pond.
