Fall comes to the creek

Felt inspired to take the camera out and explore a bit this morning. Was cursing as I left it a bit late and the sun was getting stronger. However, I got some nice shots of my favorite creek bed, and of a place I've just discovered. I am getting nagged to give up the computer so the rest will have to wait for morning, but to whet your whistle I give you this:

Lovely colors, lovely reflection, but I would get rid of the frame as it doesn't go well with the fall colors at all, IMO.

Thanks, Fred. We are coming up to my least favorite time of year - leaves are falling and snow is near! Gotta get out and enjoy the blue skies and 'warm' air while it lasts!

Thanks, Ana. I'm trying the tips in a tutorial about matting - and picking the mat color. Guess this one wasn't successful!
