Naming your photo files

Hi. I am wondering id along with what the photo is when naming your file how many of you also include your name in the file? Is this a good practice for being found in image searches on google?

Example: Carlos-Santana-Summerfest-Jennifer-Rondinelli-Reilly_1.jpeg

or is that just way to long and adding MY name to the file name won't do a thing for me in regards to SEO?
