California Condor #46
We were at the Grand Canyon this past October and I've just had time to finish processing my shots. Even though it was beyond the time the California Condors should be there, this one had decided to stick around or flew back for a while. Conditions were not ideal - quite a bit of wind, low light, and he was below my vantage point and a decent distance away. I put on my Canon 100-400 and used a better beamer to try and throw a little extra light at him.

Unfortunately he was just sitting around for the most part and not doing much flying. The last shot was as close to him in flight that I got.
Let me know what you think...

How many photographers does it take to change a light bulb? 50. One to change the bulb, and forty-nine to say, "I could have done that better!"
Very good shots.
