I made a mistake in control panel
configured "marquee"and now I am unable to enter in the control panel.
Can someone clear with regard to "marquee"

Now it is back to normal
I wanted the scrolling text to appear only on the homepage.

Try adding this CSS to your advanced customization:

#my-scrolling-text {display: none;}
.homepage #my-scrolling-text {display: block;}
