You have posted something that doesn't quite add up.
1. You don't trust agents but yet you trust Hill & Usher, an independent insurance agency located in Phoenix, AZ. The program they are advertising is underwritten by several different insurance companies, which most or all are available to independent agents throughout the US. I have not seen a declarations page from one of their policies, but they may have gotten with one of the programs and helped write a proprietary policy only they could offer. Otherwise, any independent agent that knows where to look could also provide that coverage.
2. I don't have a copy of an inland marine policy right now(I am at home), but I would like to verify the worldwide coverage for you. Could have something to do with which ISO form your policy was written on.
All leads back to some things I have already posted, research your agent like some of your clients researched you. All agents aren't bad, just like all photographers aren't good.
