Hi Bryan, as far as the shot goes..she very evenly lit and well exposed, in focus, etc... looks good. I see 2 catch lights in her eyes..maybe 3? I bring this up because it might as well been one flash through a large softbox or umbrella just above and the behind the camera. With multiple light sources you can create ratios of light, dimensionality by throwing in a rim light or a hair light or something. As it is now, it's just even light.
