It's a really nice photograph. I bet you could fiddle with the curves to make the boat "pop" a bit more

I guess the U.S. Navy has had the same cutbacks as the Canadian Navy

Nice little photo. I would maybe crop the left edge as it doesn't really add to the photo. It would also make the boat not quite so centred.
