My very own monsters...err...ahhh...I mean my twins ;)

I really like the way this one came out of my twin boys.

The set up:

Pentax K-5
Pentax DA 10-17mm Fisheye Lens @ 11mm
ISO80
f/4.0
1/30s
Bounced flash (set to -1.3 EV on flash) inside the clothes dryer (PTTL)
Flash exposure also set to -1.0 EV within camera

Use a little Topaz Adjust to get the "monster" feel and also added some framed texture.

not really digging the frame on this, i think it distracts from seeing the full in the dryer point of view. everything else is cool though! cute boys :)

I second the vote against the frame. Everything else is cool.

Did you get any with the door closed and the dryer set to "tumble dry"?

I'm actually digging the whole thing. I think the frame helps focus on the subjects instead of having all this white wide open space.

meh to the frame... the boys and dryer are gritty, almost over sharpened and the softness of the frame is distracting to me, I want to see just the boys and the dryer. Let the dryer opening be the frame, it is perfect and original !! The frame muddies the water, takes away from the crisp lines of the dryer door.
    LOVE the shot otherwise !!!
