custom domain not forwarding properly

hey smugmug support, just had a quick(and hopefully simple) question for you.

my godaddy domain had expired last week, but i just renewed it today. for one reason or another it didnt auto renew, perhaps i had turned it off much earlier.

but regardless, now that i have renewed it, my website wont load unless you prefix it with "www."

i have the host pointing to 208.79.45.23 and the www part pointing to domains.smugmug.com

is this an issue that will work itself out? or will i have to go through and change some settings around? thanks.

Hi Ali,

I just looked at your domain and SmugMug page and both are setup and working properly for me. If you had to recreate the host records at GoDaddy then they may not have updated yet when you were checking. Try it again and if you still have problems try again later. You may still be receiving old host records and you just need to wait a little longer to get the new records.
