"It might be unfair to judge other pgoto-sharing sites by smugmug, when smugmug is trying so much harder - and succeding...."
WTG, guys!:clap

[Off Topic]<off topic="">I've found it works really well just to take a digital picture and then crop. Unless you need a really high quality scan, a picture is much faster and less hassle. Works great for faxes, too![/Off Topic]</off>

Nice. :): We reduced print prices to 25 cents (29 cents for lustre, down from 39), thinking "well, at least we can match Ofoto but with pro lab prints."

Uh, and then Ofoto dropped their prices to 15 cents.

    :jawdrop
We can't even buy pro quality prints for 15 cents, even with the volume we do. :cry

But at least our enlargements are still cheaper than Ofoto's and we offer more sizes.

The August edition of Australian Macworld also gave Smugmug a good write up as part of its cover story on the care and maintenance of your digital snaps.

thanks kalamata - hey would you mind making a scan, or a digital photo, of the article and posting it?

or, you may email it to me if you like (info in profile)

    thanks!
