Christchurch quake claims SmugMugger

It has been reported yesterday that a talented photographer, Stephen Wright, has lost his life in the Christchurch earthquake. Examples of his work are posted on his SmugMug site here.

I didn't know him, but send my condolences to his family and his photographic friends.

Wow, that's sad news indeed. I have admired his work before. I just extended his account by a full year so his work on SmugMug will continue on. I do hope his family gets in touch with us at some point.
