Camp Vught National Memorial, 8 miles from my home. We all know what this man is thinking...
I have say it many times, thanks to the American, Canadian and the English soldiers I was born in freedom.

Camp Vught holds a special Place in Dutch history of the Second World War. It was the only official SS-concentration camp in occupied North-West Europe.

Wonderful! Besides the framing/composition being right on, you have captured the emotions that must be swirling inside the subject. bowdown.gif

    Thanks for posting. Very powerful.

Sadly many young people don't get a proper education with regard to the evil that exists, or the horror of the Holocaust. They are sheltered from the images. Big mistake.

Thank you for posting the images they are very powerful.

My grandfather & grandmother barely made it out of Europe before coming to the US, we like many other families lost our history.
Have you posted the other images elsewhere on line it would great to get copies of them.

Maybe it's a good idea to do that. I have a lot of pictures that I made on rememberence sites and museums.

Sadly my favorite computer, my iMac, is broke down again. With a Mac it's easy to make a website with a few clicks. And I miss the English spellchecker on the Mac.

Now I'm going to sound like a commercial for Smugmug.....lol What I can tell you is there are three different levels of subscription here that makes it to build a site that's very affordable. Once you have things ready to go please email me the link it would be greatly appreciated those are very moving images.
