I'll be honest... the first thing that popped into my head was "I'd be unwilling too, if you shoved a wide lens in my face, snapped my photo, and then processed it in such a way that made me look like I had a skin disease." Sorry, I guess that's harsh, but so is what you did to your subject.

If a person has he lines of a good old age that's one thing to show the character of those lines but in this case there is nothing flattering about the processing and angle....
Might I ask why you chose this processing?
The point wasn't to make him look pretty. He's an ugly person (in many respects) with a rough face, so I just did a little processing to bring that out. Thanks for looking.
