Finally Something New, but what is it?

i stood quielty and patiently for one hour to see what i could get and i finally got a new bird..... i was so excited!!!!!

Anybody know what it is??

Definately looks to be a Male American GoldFinch.
Question is it a immature or Adult going to Winter faze?
