Hardly any bugs about in the sunny but cold and windy day yesterday so I amused myself doing some flower shots. All focus stacked using zerene stacker DMap routine.
Last shot shows the typical setup for shots like this using a glass table mat to slide the camera towards the subject for the focus stack series. I check the framing first throughout the focus depth and sometimes use thin card pieces under the lens to get the framing right.

Jim needed 17 shots for the forsythia to cover from the pollen anther down to the base of the interior.
