I spent 8 days traveling through parts of Yellowstone 3 of which were in Jackson Hole area in search of the Tetons. We had so much snow, at least 6.5 days of snow with little to no sun. I caught a glimspe of the Tetons on the last day as the clouds raised ever so slightly. All in all a great trip, took more animal shots than I planned but without good light I was glad they were on hand.

Doug, those are some nice shots. We were there in early spring a couple of years back, and your pictures are quite a contrast to what we saw.

Thanks Steve, I've got to go back in the fall as well, I've seen some beautiful shots from that season too.

Thanks Oldoval, fogging up glasses was a constant problem. Next time I'll try a defogger that is used on scuba masks, see if that might help.

You're just about right Robert, I ended up with about 2500. I usually bracket my shots so I always have a ton of images to sort through, which is a good thing.

Thanks Pam, the buffalo were one of the main reasons I went to yellowstone, and the elk, and the moose, and the wolves......

Looks like you made the most of conditions. #2 really shows how the buffalo are built for those conditions. #3 and #4 are very moody. Makes me want to brew up a cup of coffee and pull a quilt over my lap.
