Thanks david Gus and Aura.. it was taken very early.. I think about..um..6? to be honest I don't know.. it was way too early to be without coffee...maybe 5.30.. I wish I could remember now..
Boy I hope he has good radar on that boat
Here on the Ohio River barges don't move until all fog is gone (I guess they don't have that much room)
And the barges do have radar
Great capture. I can almost feel and smell the cool sea air. From my sailing days though, a red sky in morning wasn't a good thing ...

P.S. This might be a good file to try Rutt's Lab Curves on to see what it would do. From what I've read so far in Dan Margulis' book, it fits the bill.
Now a question - can you display a little more detail in the transom, perhaps by selecting it and copying it with CTRL-J, and then a screen blend to let us see the name of the boat - just a thought....

hmmm thanks path and yes what a good idea.. now then ... where is that raw...
We have been having some early fog, and I heard this summer that the creek looks very good very early, with the fog. Problem is the guy who told me, I don't think he realizes that my access is so limited now.
I love your shot, was the color like that?
ginger (PF has a good idea, I hate PS work, smile.)

Worth getting up for if I had been "assured" that I'd get a shot like that!
