Mostly... Rules are rules for a reason. Most times. They just make sense. Love a clear
highway. Really clear for miles and miles. :D Fellow traveler here enjoying the
same day. Safety is always a triple check and then some. Always a big deal.

    That is some piece of equipment, Michael..... Did it come with your ride, or is it and add on????
    It shows you bought 300 hundred dollars worth of gas, I hope that wasn't one fill up.....:D

    Yo Michael,

    I hear you about having a open, clear road and nobody around for miles. There's something intoxicating about that....makes you want to put your foot down.

    Seeing as you were averaging over 40 MPG, I suspect whatever car you were in was giving you all it had on the top end. Real high speed and great gas mileage don't go hand-in-hand. That was the case, of course, before some of these high-performance hybrids started showing up. Hell, even Porsche is coming out with one.

    Thanks Gary :D Add on Gps. Its been a seriously handy tool many times now.
    In this vehicle it would be 2 fill ups for that price today. More really. :cry

    Appprecited Z :D Had it been a Porsche the telling indication would have
    been a bit higher I think. Set in a Sonata as it was. Decent ride auto.
    This was as fast as I was comfortable taking her.

    Every once in a while it comes out exactly as you say. thumb.gif
    Occasions and conditions coming together just right for a little lets see
    what she'll do.
    Its getting to be near time for a hybrid something for us. The Europeans
    pay on average 2.3 times more for fuel. I suspect we will catch up to that
    sooner than we'd all like.
