It is in great shape with 2 minor problems. 1) the mesh on one side pocket has come loose a little (see the pics) and 2) It is missing a pad in the bottom compartment (see the pics). Other than that, no issues. It has the rain fly and is a great day pack because you can carry gear low and other stuff (jacket, snack, netbook, etc) up high. 2 links - look here and here for specs/retail price.
