Power Adapters - Generic or OEM?

My Canon A70 wants 4.3 volts for its power, but the generic adapers have either 4.5 volts. Will the Canon safely tolerate the extra two-tenths of a volt? I know there's voltage regulation circuitry there, must be if it runs on four 1.5 AA batteries...
