I currently have this up: Concrete Courtyard

1)
1197686689_FmhiT-L-1.jpg

Thinking of switching to this: Very Concrete Faux Rock
2)
1206678249_7ZttC-L.jpg

Should I stick with the current one or switch to this one? :dunno :scratch

the 2nd one looks too much like a rock, you can't even tell it's concrete anymore :(

Yes, a face! That's why I shot the image! You've been out voted so far, but there is still time! :D

    Good eye, Jenn!

I like the face. Maybe bump the contrast a bit to bring it out more? Maybe a little PP to bring out the texture? ne_nau.gif

I like the texture and the composition in the first.

I like it! Maybe call it Contemplation in Faux Rock?

Also consider the number of responses that favor each one. It looks like the majority still favor the first. And consider which you favor. Which would you be more likely to include in your Best of 2011 folder?

I still have 24 hrs to decide. Only catch is I'm off line all day tomorrow, so need to be quick on my return for a final decission and posting, if needed! :D

May have occasional iPod wifi connection for checking a 'votes' though!

Your second shot is beautiful but I really like your first shot for the concrete theme. Good luck with figuring out which one to enter!

Personally, the 2nd shot says rocks, not concrete. I'd stick with the first one.

Another vote to keep #1. But I remember earlier comments about it looking like crop circles. Maybe consider referencing that in the title with something like "Crop Circles in Concrete."

Although I really like the stone face, it says stone rather than concrete to me (very good fake!).
