Expiration Dates for Galleries

There are time we put up galleries for our clients, and we tell them that the gallery will expire after one week. Then after one week, we have to remember to come back in and delete or password protect the gallery.

How can we get Smugmug to automatically take the gallery down at a certain date?

Smugmug doesn't have such a feature.

Assuming the main purpose of the expiring gallery is to motivate print sales quickly, the only work-around I know of is to price your galleries 50% higher and issue a coupon for 50% off that gallery that expires in a week (obviously you pick whatever percentage you think makes sense). Then, you come along once a month or so and clean up the older galleries, removing them (if you truly want them gone).
