Another coastal susnet

I shot at my favorite east coast sunset spot again this weekend, Gooseberry Island in Westport, MA. I was supposed to do sunrise, but my daughter and I both were up sick most of the night. I felt somewhat better by the afternoon, so I decided to head out.

Another great set from the New England shoreline, Bryan. They're all fabulous. That one with the buoy is really neat!

Thanks. These were taken at Gooseberry Island in Westport, MA. I use a graduated neutral density filter and shutter speed of around 1 second to soften the waves.

Love the photos - a graduated ND filter is definitely on my shopping list! How many stops was your filter?

Thanks. I used a 3 stop reverse grad for most of these and a 2 stop hard edge gnd for a few.
