Can't set/remove watermark

Hi!
I can't set or remove watermarks for gallery http://den123.smugmug.com/Store/Israel/Bahais-Garden/16091746_Bc49R

Only one image has watermark. I can't change/remove existing water mark and can't add water mark for other images in this gallery. :scratch

    I was able to watermark them with your watermark - take a look?

    I have found the time varies. From what I can tell, basically it is what else are the servers doing. The faster way to do it is to upload them with the watermark option already set for the gallery. That seems to be faster than the process of applying after upload.
