Pricing for commercial use (realtor's facebook page)

I have a photo blog (in my sig) to which I added a plugin to sell prints. I recently sold 7 'digital downloads' to a realtor in town. These are listed as for personal use only and I charge a minimal fee of $2.50 each. It became clear she wanted these for her business facebook page so, when filling her order, I included my watermark at bottom left hand corner. She inquired about the presence of the logo and I explained that she was seeking commercial use which had a different cost/agreement than personal use (for a desktop/phone background). She is willing to use the photos as-is but inquired about cost for commercial use.
I'm interested in building the presence of the photo blog and so would like her to use the photos. I'm stuck on a reasonable price for this situation. Was thinking $15 each but open to suggestions from those that have done this previously.

Also, what resolution and ppi do you typically provide for 'screen size' downloads?

Screen size, My screen size is 1920x1080, you could easily get a lot of prints made for that, screen size could be any, if its social networking then you could figure out what each one covers size wise and increase it by a few px. Smugmug Offers a few different sizes, the low res, medium and original. Low res is screen size, medium resolution is screen size plus print size. I think you should be good with 1600x1000 ish
