Confusing Meta Description

I've been trying to tweak my SEO and realized that when I google my website the Meta Description varies slightly from anything I can find on my page. Is this because Google makes a snap shot of your site and doesn't update it all the time? My problem is the in the first line it says "Ron Photography..." and my last name isn't Photography.
I have no idea where I can change this if at all.

Thank you Andy. I knew it would be something simple but I guess I was cruising through all the pages so quickly I didn't see it. Thanks again.
