Help With Watermark

Not sure if this is the correct thread for this or not. I looked around but could not find the right thread for sure so here goes.

I'm trying to make a custom watermark to use on SmugMug.

SmugMug has a couple templates I'd like to use but need to add my business name to the template.

One template is for Portraits and one for Landscapes layouts.

What I want is a watermark that has my business name in the middle and a criss cross that goes from just above and below my business name that points to each corner of the photo.

Andy has these that say "Moon River Photography" in the middle and the criss cross extending towards the corners.

I have saved a png file of watermarks similar to this that say, "Copyrighted Image" but I don't know how to edit out "Copyrighted Image" and adding my business name.

I do have Photoshop but once again....Photoshop is smarter than I am.

Any ideas how I can do this?
