New Problem - Where's the Sub-category That SM Says was Created?

I went into my control panel and created a sub-category My Family>Mom's Sharing Galleries

SM told me it had been created, but I sure don't see it anywhere.

Any ideas?

It will not show until there is a gallery in it.

ah...but I forget how to get a gallery into it :-)

I have a gallery I want to move over there, but can't remember how to direct it to that specific place

For the gallery, under gallery settings, chose the sub-cat in the box towards
the top. The correct category needs to be selected for its sub-cats to
show.

I couldn't find it there, but I checked an old e-mail from another time I had this problem where I found instructions to go into settings, and click on extras, and I found the sub=cat there.

Hope I can glue this into my brain!
